Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for enterprise-level applications
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Develop comprehensive UI specifications and interaction patterns
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion funnels and user satisfaction
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design excellence
- Deep understanding of interaction design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Knowledge of front-end development capabilities (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Proven experience mentoring design teams and establishing design processes
