Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and implementation
- Develop comprehensive design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across digital platforms
- Conduct usability testing and data-driven analysis to iterate and optimize user experiences
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design solutions with technical constraints
- Create compelling visual interfaces using Figma, Adobe XD, and other industry-standard tools
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops with stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging design trends and accessibility best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design principles
- Proven ability to translate user research into actionable design solutions
- Experience conducting usability testing and A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for prototyping
