Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process for mission-critical web and mobile applications.
- Conduct deep user research, persona development, and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished visual assets.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless technical implementation.
- Maintain and evolve our proprietary design system for consistency and scale.
- Present and advocate for design decisions to stakeholders with clear, data-driven rationale.
- Mentor junior designers and participate in rigorous design critiques.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing complex digital products.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
- Solid understanding of design systems, component libraries, and grid-based responsive layouts.
- Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and interaction patterns.
- Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and whitespace.
- Proven ability to communicate design strategy effectively to cross-functional partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
