Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design systems
- Conduct usability testing and user interviews to inform data-driven design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation and style guides
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building workshops
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
- Stay current with emerging design trends and technologies through continuous learning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or enterprise product portfolios
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like Principle or ProtoPie
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
