Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and industry trend research to inform design strategy
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving process and business impact
