Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy production-grade machine learning models to optimize user engagement and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with core engineering teams to integrate predictive pipelines into our cloud-based microservices architecture.
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical frameworks and highly accurate predictive features.
- Build, maintain, and scale robust ETL pipelines using Spark, SQL, and Python to process multi-terabyte datasets.
- Champion MLOps best practices, ensuring model reproducibility, thorough monitoring, and seamless version control.
- Present advanced statistical findings, insights, and strategic recommendations directly to C-suite executives and product stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a highly quantitative field.
- 4+ years of professional experience deploying machine learning models in a production-scale cloud environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, SQL, and major ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn).
- Proven hands-on experience with big data technologies (Spark, Snowflake, Hadoop) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep theoretical and practical understanding of statistical testing, experimental design (A/B testing), and causal inference.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
