Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, and security requirements
- Automate regression suites using Selenium/Python to accelerate release cycles
- Lead defect management processes in JIRA with root cause analysis
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with automated testing gateways
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality culture
- Conduct usability testing and collaborate with UX designers
- Analyze test metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with 3+ in automated testing
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks
- Strong programming skills (Python/Java/JavaScript)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI)
- Agile/Scrum methodology mastery
- ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred
- Familiarity with performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Experience testing fintech or high-transaction systems
