Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to implementation
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes for complex SaaS products
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility
- Establish and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Experience conducting user research and A/B testing
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Ability to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences
