Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and forecasting
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and causal inference analysis to optimize product features
- Develop data visualization dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision support
- Mentor junior data scientists through code reviews and technical workshops
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data engineering teams
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Contribute to open-source data science libraries and publish research
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with production ML systems
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or deployed ML applications
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- CI/CD and MLOps implementation experience
