Qualifications
- 5+ years UI/UX design experience with fintech or SaaS portfolio
- Mastery of Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (usability testing, journey mapping)
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proven ability to design complex data-driven interfaces
