Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user testing sessions and iterate based on behavioral insights
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with technical constraints
- Maintain and evolve our design system for consistent brand experience
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into compelling user journeys
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions
- Degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
