Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from research to implementation using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create responsive UI components and maintain scalable design systems
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously optimize interfaces
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or enterprise products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies
- Proficiency in user research techniques (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user journeys
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout
