- Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and accessibility standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- A robust portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving and modern design aesthetics.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, grid systems, and information architecture.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities and limitations (coding skills are a plus).
