We are seeking a visionary Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the visual and functional direction of our award-winning SaaS platform. Your Mission:
To elevate the user journey, ensuring our products are not only intuitive but delightful to use. You will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and elegant, accessible design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and visual design.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Design System to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions and iterate on features.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate business goals into seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the design team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proven portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking, wireframing, and high-fidelity UI skills.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a significant plus.
