Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for web/mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD

- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
