Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and usability testing
- Develop comprehensive design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Conduct user interviews, analyze behavioral data, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs with attention to typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for user-centered design principles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Proven ability to translate user research into actionable design solutions
- Experience conducting usability testing and iterating designs based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
