Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to implementation using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Create compelling visual designs and interactive prototypes for complex fintech workflows
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking across the organization
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and advocate for user needs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design excellence
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Experience designing accessible interfaces and WCAG compliance
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and front-end development basics
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user journeys
- Experience mentoring design teams and fostering collaborative cultures
