Responsibilities
- Lead the design strategy for core product features from conceptualization to high-fidelity delivery.
- Conduct deep-dive user research, usability testing, and persona development to inform design decisions.
- Build and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of design assets.
- Create interactive prototypes and wireframes that communicate complex workflows clearly.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our internal design culture through workshops and reviews.
- Continuously audit existing interfaces to identify areas for optimization and conversion growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- A powerful portfolio showcasing high-impact digital products and mastery of modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and grid systems.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into user-centric visual solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools (Protopie, Framer, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
