Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity UI design.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries to ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and optimize user flows.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into visual assets.
- Create compelling presentations and design deliverables to articulate the "why" behind your design choices.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the creative industry.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar creative role.
- A robust portfolio showcasing strong visual design, typography, and interaction design skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, Framer) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
