Responsibilities
- Develop high-impact visual designs for digital campaigns, print collateral, and brand identities
- Lead design sprints and creative workshops with marketing/product teams
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while evolving visual language
- Create motion graphics and interactive prototypes for digital experiences
- Optimize designs for cross-platform performance (web/mobile/social)
- Present concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and maintain design system documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional graphic design experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
- Strong foundation in typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) and 3D rendering (Cinema4D)
- Understanding of UX principles and responsive design frameworks
- Ability to translate business goals into compelling visual narratives
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
