Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for SaaS platforms, from research to implementation
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma
- Conduct user testing sessions and synthesize insights to inform design decisions
- Create and maintain design systems ensuring brand consistency across products
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with B2B SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Deep understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams
