Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping to drive data-informed design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect UI solutions
- Establish design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across web and mobile platforms
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct usability testing and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expertise in design tools: Figma (primary), Adobe XD, Sketch, Principle
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and business impact
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and understanding of responsive design principles
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design practices
- Knowledge of design systems and component-based design methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
