Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for enterprise web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs in Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Establish and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across products
- Present design strategies to C-level stakeholders and executive teams
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS/enterprise products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies
- Experience conducting usability testing and A/B analysis
- Deep understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Excellent presentation skills for design rationale and stakeholder alignment
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
