Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from conceptual wireframing to high-fidelity, interactive prototypes.
- Conduct deep-dive user research, usability testing, and persona development to inform design decisions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, stakeholders, and lead engineers to execute product roadmaps.
- Translate business objectives into elegant, accessible, and responsive interface solutions.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our internal design culture and best practices.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging design trends, accessibility standards, and prototyping technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- A stellar portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving, visual design excellence, and user-centric flows.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of design systems, atomic design principles, and component-driven workflows.
- Experience with data-driven design methodologies and A/B testing frameworks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or equivalent practical experience.
