Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and final implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with business objectives
- Create compelling design documentation and present concepts to executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
- Stay current with emerging design trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centric design solutions
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
