Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user testing sessions and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Create compelling visual designs that align with brand guidelines while prioritizing accessibility standards
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with 2+ years in fintech or SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools (Principle, ProtoPie)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions for complex systems
- Proficiency in user research methods (surveys, interviews, usability testing)
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
