Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to implementation using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and conduct user testing to validate design decisions
- Create comprehensive design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities and drive design improvements
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale
- Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software design preferred
