Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to implementation using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and quality
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on designs and optimize conversion funnels
- Mentor junior designers and establish design documentation standards
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual systems
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Experience implementing design systems and maintaining component libraries
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- BS/MS in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
