Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered design processes from research to implementation using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design systems
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices across the organization
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in design systems, interaction patterns, and responsive web/mobile design
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with remote teams
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles
