Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and user testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design systems
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to drive data-informed decisions
- Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation and component libraries
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and design critiques
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and advocate for user-centric principles
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously optimize product experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Experience collaborating with agile development teams using Jira and Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
