In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design process, collaborating with product managers and engineers to build seamless, high-impact interfaces for our global client base.
Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished visual assets.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align product goals with user experience strategy.
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for design-led thinking within the organization.
- Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on existing product features.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a SaaS or agency environment.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving and modern visual design.
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Principle.
- Deep understanding of human-centered design (HCD) principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience working within Agile development teams and familiarity with developer hand-off workflows.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or equivalent practical experience.
