Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design strategy
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices across the organization
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and advocate for user-centric decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Proficiency in prototyping tools (Principle, ProtoPie) for interactive demos
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant user experiences
