Job Description

What you will do:
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to iterate rapidly based on feedback.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles and ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG).
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating advanced skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience with prototyping tools like Principle, ProtoPie, or Framer.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear design solutions.
- Experience working in an agile development environment is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
