Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Translate complex user needs and business requirements into seamless, intuitive workflows.
- Maintain and evolve our enterprise design system to ensure consistency across all product lines.
- Conduct iterative user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for design-led thinking within the organization.
- Present and articulate design rationale to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Deep experience in building and scaling design systems for complex SaaS products.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS is a strong plus, though not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
