Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from user research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Develop and maintain our internal design system to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ship high-impact features in an agile environment.
- Conduct user testing and usability studies to validate design hypotheses with qualitative and quantitative data.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that articulate complex product narratives.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a high-performance, feedback-oriented design culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS or consumer-facing mobile applications.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in user-centered design principles and visual hierarchy.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as Framer or Protopie.
- Strong understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/React) to ensure design feasibility.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in accessibility (WCAG) compliance and designing for inclusive digital environments.
