Responsibilities
- Lead design sprints and user research initiatives to drive product innovation
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop comprehensive design systems ensuring consistency across platforms
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking methodologies

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or equivalent
- Strong background in user research, wireframing, and prototyping
- Proven ability to create design systems and component libraries
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and business outcomes
