Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions
- Develop intuitive UI systems, design patterns, and component libraries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to deliver cohesive experiences
- Create compelling design documentation and presentations for stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Proven experience conducting user research, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant, user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
