Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and persona development to high-fidelity prototyping and usability testing
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs for responsive web and mobile applications using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries ensuring cross-platform consistency
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and articulate design rationale through compelling visual storytelling
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Stay current with emerging design trends, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of professional UI/UX experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools like Principle or ProtoPie
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS product design with measurable impact
- Deep understanding of design systems, component libraries, and design-for-development workflows
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-informed design iterations
- Exceptional visual design skills with mastery of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in agile environments with engineering teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
