Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect UI components in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries ensuring consistency across 15+ digital products
- Conduct user interviews and analyze behavioral data to identify pain points and opportunities
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling storyboards and interactive prototypes
- Mentor junior designers and champion inclusive design principles across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing 3+ complex B2C applications
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools (Principle, ProtoPie)
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design
- Experience conducting user research, creating journey maps, and translating insights into actionable designs
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
