Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth user research, interviews, and usability testing to define product requirements.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team and stakeholders effectively.
- Advocate for a user-centric approach in every decision and drive best practices in UI/UX design.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a full design process, from research to delivery.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is highly preferred.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
