Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with technical constraints and business goals
- Create user journey maps, personas, and design documentation to communicate design rationale
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to elevate team capabilities
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into compelling visual and interaction designs
- Proficient in HTML/CSS and familiarity with JavaScript for design handoff
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
