Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B products
- Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proven ability to translate business goals into intuitive user experiences
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
