Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping
- Create intuitive UI systems and design components ensuring consistency across platforms
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with business goals
- Develop design documentation and maintain design systems
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research, creating user personas, and developing user flows
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive visual solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and conversion
