- Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing digital products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis
- Proven ability to design complex systems while maintaining elegant simplicity
