Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered design processes through discovery, ideation, and validation phases
- Design responsive UI components and maintain scalable design systems
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business objectives
- Create design documentation and specifications for development handoff
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex interface solutions
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and information architecture
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and design systems
- Knowledge of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/JS)
- BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field
