Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design process from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Conduct user testing sessions and synthesize insights to drive data-informed design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces
- Create design documentation and style guides for development handoff
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development workshops
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and advocate for user-centric approaches
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proven ability to create design systems and component libraries
- Deep understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience collaborating with agile development teams and design tools like Jira
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and problem-solving skills
