Responsibilities
- Lead UX research initiatives including user interviews, persona development, and competitive analysis
- Design responsive UI systems for web and mobile platforms using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interactive flows for stakeholder validation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design implementation fidelity
- Establish and maintain design standards, components, and documentation
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Present design rationale to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech portfolios
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent portfolio experience)
