We are currently seeking a visionary Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the visual and interactive strategy for our flagship products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and deliver world-class user interfaces. You will not just design screens; you will craft journeys that drive engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Design Process: Spearhead the end-to-end design lifecycle, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI implementation and prototyping.
- User-Centric Strategy: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
- Design Systems: Establish and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints and accelerate the development workflow.
- Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all creative outputs align with Lumina’s brand identity while pushing the boundaries of modern web and mobile design.
- Mentorship: Guide junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of growth and excellence within the design team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful projects.
- Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a strong plus; ability to create interactive prototypes.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Mindset: Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accessibility, responsiveness, and pixel-perfect execution.
