Responsibilities
- Design and optimize multi-modal transportation networks connecting European ports, rail, and road systems
- Lead strategic partnerships with carriers, ports, and customs authorities to ensure seamless cargo flow
- Implement AI-powered logistics tracking systems for real-time shipment visibility and predictive analytics
- Oversee cross-functional teams including route planners, compliance specialists, and warehouse coordinators
- Develop sustainable transportation initiatives reducing carbon footprint by 20% annually

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Transportation Engineering
- 8+ years in senior logistics management with EU port experience
- Expertise in multimodal transportation (sea, rail, road, air) customs regulations
- Advanced proficiency in TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Descartes) and data visualization tools
- Proven track record in reducing transportation costs while improving service levels
- Professional certifications (CSCP, CPLT, or equivalent) strongly preferred
