Responsibilities
- Execute a full-cycle recruitment strategy for high-volume technical roles within the insurance and fintech sectors.
- Source and engage passive candidates using advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate journey, ensuring a premium experience from screening to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and pipeline for future tech initiatives.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of salary trends and competitor activities in the InsurTech space.
- Participate in recruitment events, tech meetups, and campus drives to expand our talent network.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Technical Recruitment, with a strong focus on SaaS, Fintech, or InsurTech.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting hard-to-fill technical roles (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps).
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
